Resolving the sslocseq Not Found Error

Article #: Product: Version:

Summary

The sslocseq script determines the collation to use for the current system locale. If this script cannot be found when DMExpress is run on UNIX/Linux, the sslocseq: not found error is generated. To resolve this issue, set the system PATH environment variable.

Symptom

When the PATH environment variable is not set correctly when DMExpress is run on UNIX/Linux, one of the following error messages is generated:

sh: sslocseq: not found

sh: sslocseq: command not found

Resolution

Along with other DMExpress executables, the sslocseq script is located in the <DMExpress>/bin directory, where <DMExpress> is the DMExpress installation directory.

Ensure that the PATH environment variable is set to the <DMExpress>/bin directory.
